Fish(ing)
"As a connoisseur of good food, I love fish! Since I am lucky enough to live in a lakeside region, it goes without saying that I take every opportunity to treat myself. The traditional fish dish is made up of perch (not always from the region, unfortunately!), fera, bondelle or pike. Prepared “à la meunière” or fried, these fish are always a safe bet. Otherwise, if you are looking for something original, you will also find the brown bullhead in Lake Murten and served in the region’s restaurants."
