50 persons or more: CHF 250.-

(Reservation of contingents and reservation management)
Services for COMPANIES
Service charge: CHF 350.-*
- Reservation of conference rooms
- Organisation of meals, coffee breaks and snacks
- Advice on and organisation of transport together with the service providers
- Organisation of the leisure programme and visits
- Compilation of a documentation on the region for the participants
Organisation of the accommodation (10-50 persons): CHF 350.-
50 persons or more: CHF 500.-
- Organisation of the accommodation for the participants
(Reservation of contingents, reservation management, room lists and confirmations) - Preparation of an accommodation reservation platform exclusively for your event
*The service charge will be billed even if the event is not held.
